tutorials, we strive to "be there" when you need us.

Requesting Help
There are three ways you can get help:
- By calling the URHnet Helpline at (217) 244-1111. The Helpline operates from 7-10 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
- By submitting an Online Help Request. A
NetTech will contact you shortly to help you resolve your problem.
- By visiting your computer lab during NetTech consultation hours. In most locations, NetTechs are on duty in computer
labs from 7:00-8:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday. Check posted lab hours in your local computer lab for variations.
