In order to protect other users, your room has been quarantined. To get back online, please take a few minutes to go through our step-by-step cleaning process. Each step is explained in detail, with screenshots, and is easy to follow. The whole procedure shouldn't take longer than an hour, and will also help to protect your computer in the future, so you don't lose your Internet again.

Please note:

• ALL computers in the room must be cleaned: We require that all residents in the room follow these steps. Not only will it get you reconnected much faster, but also decrease the likelihood of this happening again.
• Take notes!: In order to get back online as quickly as possible, please take notes! We need to know what viruses/spyware were found in order to get you reconnected. Without this information, it will take about 2 extra days to get back online.
