When to contact Comcast
If you are having problems setting up your internet connection
for the first time please see the
Setup Instructions.
If you are experiencing an outage, try checking with your neighbor
to see if others are experiencing the same. Then you may call
Comcast to
report the outage.
If you find that you are the only person experiencing an outage make sure
you have a working virus scanner
and popup blocker. Verify
your computer is still connected by checking the lights on the cable modem
