About Getting Help ...
Technology services for our residents include numerous avenues of
support and assistance, much of which surrounds URHnet. Whether you
call, submit a form, personally consult, or use one of our online
tutorials, we strive to "be there" when you need
us.
Note: Support of Orchard Downs internet is provided by
Comcast.
Please see the Orchard Downs technology pages for more information.

Requesting Help
If the above troubleshooting guides and tutorials did not answer your questions try reading the
FAQ or URHnet Guide.
Please note: We no longer support Windows versions 95/98/ME/NT/2000. These Operating Systems are no longer supported
by Microsoft. For this reason, to receive support you must upgrade to Windows XP
or Vista. For a list of recommended systems
see our Recommended Computer Systems page.
If you are unable to solve your problems using the information provided above then you can request help from a NetTech
in three ways:
- By visiting your computer lab during NetTech consultation hours. In most locations, NetTechs are on duty in computer
labs from 7:00-8:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday. Check posted lab hours in your local computer lab for variations.
- By submitting an Online Help Request. A
NetTech will contact you shortly to help you resolve your problem.
- By calling the URHnet Help Line at 244-1111 (4-1111 on campus phones). The Help Line operates from 7:00-10:00 PM, Sunday
through Thursday.
