With both a Master's degree in Student Affairs Administration and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Michigan State University, Claire brings a lot of experience to 
the Program Coordinator position.  The LEADS Program Coordinator position is a full-time academic professional staff member.  The Program Coordinator coordinates the programs and services offered through the LEADS program.  Claire's office is located in the east-side, lower level of Weston Hall. 
Claire co-advises the LEADS orientation team and teaches AG ED 260- Introduction to Leadership Studies.  Claire also serves on the campus Illinois Leadership Center Coordinating Committee and as a Leadership Coach for the Illinois Leadership Certificate Program.

Christin is a new Resident Director at the University of Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with Philosophy and Adult Education Minors from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI. She was also a Residence Life Coordinator at Alverno where she learned about the foundations of a University Housing & Residential Life program, the importance of supervision of our student staff, assisting students in getting involved in their communities and working with every residence hall community member to explore cultures and differences that make each person unique. She is excited about the opportunity to work with the LEADS staff and program. Christin's office is located next to the Garner Hall lobby in room 178.

Resident Advisors (RA)  & Multicultural Advocate (MA)

 

Resident Advisors & Multicultural Advocates are undergraduate students living on the LEADS floor with you. Your RA/MA is the LEADS staff member you may have the most contact with on a daily basis. The RA & MA's primary roles are to work with the LEADS program, serve as a resource person for residents of the floor and the building, uphold residence hall policies and community standards, and assist in building a positive, welcoming community on the floor.
