Hall Chair Duties and Responsibilities:v Recruit and assist in training of I-Guides for your hall community. v Work with the Illini Guide Campus Committee (IGCC) and staff in coordinating move-in day and orientation. v Participate in spring training, including a retreat, and August training before move-in day. v Assist in preparations for I-Guide training, and move-in operations. v Work with Resident Director/Hall Manager to confer on I-Guide issues and tasks.
Qualifications: v Good organization and communication skills. v Experience with the I-Guide program. v Commitment to work hard to accomplish the goals of the I-Guide Program. v Leadership skills and ability to be a team player. v Good academic and judicial standing with the University. **You do not need to live in the residence halls to be a Hall Chair.
