Guidelines for Non-URH Groups or Persons
Seeking Co-Sponsorship
If
you are seeking financial co-sponsorship for an activity or event
you believe will positively
impact the students living in the
Residence Halls, you need to make contact with a University
Residence Halls organization and seek their support. Once a URH
group agrees to support your
request they will provide you with a
letter from their organization (example) to submit with the
One Time Request form.
Steps:
-
Contact a URH Organization (CBSU, Central UNFAS, Men of Impact,
Multicultural Advocates, Hall Councils, The C.O.R.E) and seek
their support.
-
Obtain their letter of support.
-
Submit the
One Time Request
form
on-line by the indicated deadline for the meeting prior to the
event.
-
Complete the post-audit form within 7 days of the event. Funding
will then be transferred to your account on the last business
day of the month.
Guidelines for URH Groups Sponsoring Events

other University organizations in planning, implementing, and

signed and dated by an executive member of your
organization.

the
One Time Request form
and attach your organization’s statement of sponsorship +
their organization’s account #.
