Not Attending A
Conference? No Problem!
Competitive candidates not attending
the above conferences
this spring will be extended phone screening interviews.
Competitive candidates are those possessing many if not all of
our listed "preferred qualifications", having
outstanding reference checks, and submitting resumes and cover
letters that match the stated needs of our department in the
position announcement and job description.
Additionally, the RD
(Resident Director), AC (Area Coordinator) and PC (Program
Coordinator) positions are
all security sensitive positions. All finalists for any vacancies will require a background check and final offers will be
contingent upon the results of the background checks. The University
ensures that all checks are held in compliance with all federal and
state statutes, and campus policy. Information attained from the
background check will be kept strictly confidential. Finalists will
have the right to request a copy of the report the University will
receive.
If hired, you will also need to supply us with academic
transcripts from all institutions of higher education which
you have attended to document your degree level.
