Applications for the Multicultural Advocate and
Resident Advisor positions are now available for
2009-2010 Multicultural Advocate and Resident Advisor positions. A full application, completed essays, and
two (2) reference
letters must be on file with the Department of Residential Life
by 5:00 pm on Monday October 20, 2008. You must also complete the Online Preference Form
(you'll need your bluestem login) for Phase II and Phase III of the Selection
Process by 5:00 pm on Monday October 20, 2008.
Incomplete applications or applications received after this time
will not be considered. There are three steps to completing the Phase I -

requirements and minimum qualifications for all positions you are
applying.
The 2008-2009 job descriptions are posted for your reference.
2009-2010 job descriptions are subject to minor changes.

2) Complete the Online Preference Form before
5:00 pm on October 20, 2008
The Online Preference Form
will assist Residential Life staff members in scheduling Phase II
and Phase III of the selection process. All applicants must complete
Phase II: MA Group Process and/or RA Shadow Experience. You must submit all materials before 5:00 pm on October
20, 2008.
Applications submitted after this time or incomplete applications
will

3) Submit application, resume, essays, &
two (2) reference letters
before 5:00 pm
on Monday October 20, 2008
Completed materials can be
submitted anytime to 100 Clark Hall from 9 am to 5 pm. On October 20, 2008,
application will be collected in 104 Clark Hall from 9 am to 5 pm.
You must submit all materials before 5:00 pm on October 20, 2008.

will
not be considered.
