Study Abroad Students Seeking Fall 2005 Employment
If you are planning to be abroad in the fall 2004 when the Shadow Experience & Interview Day are scheduled, but would like to seek employment as an RA or MA for Fall 2005 upon your return, you will need to follow the timeline below.

October 22 - Submit documentation of your confirmed Study Abroad plans along with your Application & Reference letters via mail or email to reslifejobs@uiuc.edu
November 3 - Study Abroad students making the cut will be notified of their phone interview via email
week of November 29 - December 3 - Formal phone interviews
February 4, 2005 - Notification of status via UI email account

Please be sure we have your international mailing & e-mail addresses, and your dates of departure & return.

** Students studying abroad the entire 2004-2005 academic year are welcome to apply for an RA or MA position for 2005-2006, but due to their inability to participate in Phase 2: Shadow Experience, they will not have a complete evaluation. Please email Trish Anton at reslifejobs@uiuc.edu to discuss such situations.
