Ashton Woods Apartments About Ashton Woods Apartments ...

Ashton Woods Apartments are now owned by the University of Illinois and will be managed by University Housing's Family & Graduate Housing office beginning July, 2008. Conveniently located southwest from the center of campus, it is adjacent to the UI Research Park and Employee’s Credit Union in Champaign.  The spacious two bedroom, unfurnished apartments are close to the College of Veterinary Medicine, College of Law, Demirjian Golf Practice Facility, and the Assembly Hall. This community consists of a great mix of upper-division undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and staff.

  • Affordable, spacious, safe 2 bedroom unfurnished apartments with flexible lease options:
    • Short Term - 3 - 8 months
    • Yearly lease with summer termination options
    • NEW!!  Two year lease options - no rate increase!
  • Cable, High-Speed Internet, Off-Street lighted Parking, and Water/Sewer/Trash are included in the rent
  • Full-term residents are responsible for paying the gas and electricity bill, however, the Family & Graduate Housing office will set up the resident's account with the utility company

Ashton Woods Apartments are available to graduate students, students with families, and undergraduates with 30 or more credits. Faculty, Staff, and members of Allied Agencies affiliated with the University are also eligible.
