You can complete an online contract for
University Housing Undergraduate Residence Halls on this
site.

Spring 2008 contracts are available
beginning October 23, 2007.
Fall 2008-2009 contracts are available beginning
January 7, 2008.
Summer 2008 contracts are available beginning Late
February.
New Students and Transfer Students: You
can submit your housing contract online, after you
have accepted the University's offer of admission,
beginning January 7, 2008, for
the 2008-2009 academic
year. A $150 advance
payment and $50 non-refundable application fee is required when you submit your contract.
We make assignments based on the date your contract
is completed. If you change your mind, you may cancel
your Undergraduate or Graduate Hall contract without
penalty before May 15. Do not submit a contract
after May 15 if you are not sure you want
to live in the University Residence Halls. Canceling
your contract after May 15 may result in a settlement
charge of up to $2,000.
What's new for Fall 2008:
New Dining Hall at PAR: The newly renovated
PAR dining hall will be open for Fall 2008.
Residents will enjoy a variety of new serving
stations, including a pizza/pasta station, a
made-to-order station featuring stir-fried dishes, a
smoothie/coffee bar, a deli/soup/salad/dessert
station, and a burrito/fajita/quesadilla station.
PAR's new entryway will create greater accessibility, and the
new lobby will feature more natural light.

Construction Note:
University Housing is embarking on constructing a
new dining and residential programs building in the
area of the Champaign residence halls (Peabody and
Gregory Drive areas). While every effort will be
made to keep construction impacts to a minimum,
residents in these areas will notice some
safety-related fencing around the halls and may
experience construction noise.

New Furniture: Carr, Blaisdell, and
Townsend Halls will receive brand-new room furniture
for fall 2008. The new furniture includes beds that
can be lofted.

Before submitting your housing contract online,
be sure to:
- Accept the University's offer of admission
(instructions are included in your admissions
letter). Please wait 48 hours after accepting
your admission for your information to be
updated.
- Have your EnterpriseID and Password in front
of you. To obtain your EnterpriseID and
set your Password you must log into the Password
Reset website at
https://eas.admin.uillinois.edu/eas/servlet/EasBluestemReset
.
- Get your preferred roommate's name and
NetID (if applicable).
- Have your credit card available to pay the $200
payment - $150 Advance Payment and $50
non-refundable application fee (this is a secure transaction).
- You agree to keep all records relating to
the University Residence Halls Contract and to
print or make an electronic copy of the contract
Terms and Conditions.
